We aim to provide plots with ocean views, privacy or both that will ensure a good return on investment and provide a better than average re-sale opportunity. Before we purchase any plot of land, we ask ourselves, would we feel great about living here?

Quality materials
As owners of properties in the Algarve know, due to close proximity to the ocean high levels of humidity exist and damp musty smells can be an unpleasant feature in many properties. At Oceanpoint we only use quality building and insulation materials for walls and roofing that greatly reduce the potential of damp appearing in our properties. This also vastly reduces heating costs in winter times and leads to lower total costs of ownership.

Quality fitments
The standard of fitments such as kitchens and bathrooms in many developments are frequently lower than customers would expect in their home country. We focus on providing good quality fitments in kitchens and bathrooms that provide a "wow" factor and lead to a higher re-sale opportunity.
